The challenge

• You will help us move our product vision and tech stack to the next level: Building the world’s first AI-powered health companion, Clare
• Leveraging your analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, you own a cornerstone of our AI-powered coaching technology
• Work on a cutting-edge product, in a multi-functional product team with engineers, data scientists, conversation designers and psychologists

What you are good at

• Writing simple, elegant and robust code: you treat software development as a craft
• High level of ownership: you strive for excellence in your work and keep the standards high by being a role model
• Playing in a team: for you software development is a team sport and you enjoy sharing knowledge, pair-programming and mentoring others

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience in backend development with deep expertise in Node.js / Typescript
• Good knowledge of event-driven architecture and message queues
• Expertise in implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Good knowledge of caching mechanisms
• Drive and motivation required to help build a company
• Familiar with early product development and fast iterations - ready and open to discover, test and try new innovative opportunities
• A problem-solver at heart, bringing ideas that bring solutions and growth
